Habitat for Humanity Niagara is a team of enthusiastic volunteers, community partners and staff. We are guided by our values and committed to transforming the lives of families through affordable homeownership.
Our mission: We bring our community together to help families build strength, stability and independence through safe and affordable homeownership.

Values
Housing for all: We believe that access to safe, decent and affordable housing is a basic human right that should be available to all.
Human dignity: We believe in the worth and dignity of every human being. We respect the people we serve and those who help us in this effort and recognize them as our greatest resource.
Diversity and inclusiveness: We believe there is a role for everyone committed to our vision, mission and values and we seek to enrich our organization through diversity.
Family engagement: We engage with our Habitat families, preparing them for homeownership, including them in the construction of their future home and enlisting them as key informants to the organization.
Faith in action: We believe faith is lived through action, serving and working with people of all faiths and beliefs in a spirit of justice and compassion.
Community partnerships: We believe we can best achieve our mission through meaningful and mutually beneficial community partnerships with others.
Habitat for Humanity Niagara is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity Canada and part of Habitat for Humanity International which operates world-wide in providing affordable homeownership to families across Niagara.
