Support the immediate shelter needs of refugees from Ukraine

In response to the crisis in Ukraine, where almost two million people have been forced to flee Ukraine and up to four million people are expected to be without a safe place to call home, Habitat Canada has set up a Ukraine Crisis Appeal

Habitat for Humanity is well-positioned to respond to these urgent needs and is seeking to alleviate the shelter burden of refugees fleeing Ukraine, supporting refugees on the move and supporting refugees' longer-term shenter needs.

This is an opportunity for Canadians to support the immediate shelter needs of refugees from Ukraine through Habitat’s on-the-ground activities in Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.

Your donation will help the on-the-ground teams efforts to reduce the vulnerability of refugees and meet their shelter needs as well as planning to partner with refugees seeking long-term shelter.

These on-the-ground teams are ramping up efforts to reduce the vulnerability of refugees and meet their shelter needs as well as planning to partner with refugees seeking long-term shelter. Learn more about our Ukraine Crisis Appeal and Habitat's disaster relief here.
