Current builds

Please read our COVID-19 IMPORTANT UPDATE for additional information on our construction program.

Established locally in 1993, Habitat Niagara has constructed 66 homes, served 72 families and created stable and secure housing for 248 children over the past 28 years.

It costs approximately $250,000 for Habitat Niagara to build one home – which we couldn’t do without the support and generosity of the community. Since we do not receive any government funding, we build our houses through donations of cash, gifts-in-kind of products and services, donations of land, participants helping on the build site through our Habitat Build Days and funds generated through our ReStores.
