Board Chair
Cindi resides in Niagara-on-the-Lake where she owns and operates her interior design business.
Cindi’s career includes employment with the Federal Government as Chairperson of the Employment Insurance Board of Referees for the District of Niagara, and from 2015 to 2018 she served as a United Nations delegate for the Commission on the Status of Women travelling to New York, New York, to represent Canada.
Cindi served on the Board of the YWCA Niagara Region and is currently the co-chair of the YWCA Capital Campaign. Cindi has also served on the regional Youth Without Secure Housing Committee, Capital Campaign for Pathstone Mental Health and the Niagara Early Years Steering Committee.
Vice Chair
Carl resides in Welland and works at Cotton Inc. as a Manager. Carl’s involvement with moving the Habitat for Humanity Niagara Board towards a Governance model has been invaluable. Carl is a past Board member and President of Niagara Construction Association and a past member and President the local Canadian Progress Club.
Secretary
Harry resides in St. Catharines and was a Senior Partner at Lancaster Brooks & Welch LLP. Recently retired, Harry carried on a general practice of law in St. Catharines since 1968. In 2018 her attained a milestone in the legal community, celebrating 50 years of practice. His experiences and passion for the Niagara Region and its residents, make him a valuable contributor to the Habitat for Humanity team.
Treasurer
Andy resides in St. Catharines and is a CPA, CA, at the Fallsview Group. Andy’s financial background has allowed him to be a contributor on Habitat for Humanity Niagara’s Finance and Risk Management committee. Andy is a passionate and proud resident of the Niagara region and is engaged in multiple local charitable causes.
Board Member
Frank resides in Fonthill and after an active career in the healthcare industry for over 45 years, he now consults in this field. He is the principal owner of HRI Healthcare Consulting and provides consulting services for RPG Consulting. Since 1999, he has been an Accreditation Surveyor with Accreditation Canada, providing healthcare accreditation surveying in Canada, Middle East, Europe and South America. Frank has served on the Boards of the Niagara Falls Community Health Centre and the Fort Erie Chamber of Commerce.

Carolee has been a downtown St.Catharines resident for over 25 years. She and her husband are partners in Startbystarting Business Consulting which serves clients from Niagara to Toronto. Carolee spent many years in the construction industry before starting a business management consulting firm. Carolee has served on school parent councils, church outreach that serves our local migrant worker community and also Grape & Wine Parade committee. She is committed to investing in and supporting local businesses.

Miles has been a resident of Niagara with his family for over 15 years and is passionate about the great community and the opportunities it presents. He has been in the mortgage brokering industry for over 25 years developing companies, growing the industry and assisting Canadians find their way to homeownership.

Melissa was born and raised in St Catharines, and works in the Insurance Industry managing both the St. Catharines and Welland Allstate Agencies. She is very passionate about social causes including homelessness and food security. Melissa also supports and volunteers with Pathstone Mental Health, Community Care as well as multiple initiatives in the school community and minor sports.

Jeff resides in St. Catharines and is a Partner and CPA at Durward, Jones, Barkwell & Company LLP. Jeff has previously served as Treasurer for the Royal Henley Regatta and was a member of the executive of Niagara Minor Football Association.

Paul resides in St. Catharines. He has been an ordained minister with the United Church of Canada since 1981. He recently retired and is keeping busy consulting with churches and not-for-profits. Paul has extensive Board and Committee experience with a particular interest in governance.

Carolyn is a professional realtor with Royal LePage N R Realty and is a long term resident of Grimsby. She serves as president of the Grimsby Rotary @Noon, and is proud to champion two habitat builds in Grimsby. She also has volunteered with the Grimsby Benevolent Fund for the past 25 years.

Dave and his wife Debbie reside in St. Catharines near the historic Rodman Hall. He is the President of Dave Wiens Construction and a partner in Southport Builders. Dave is a past Board member of Camp Crossroads and Southridge Community Church and remains active with the Southridge homeless shelter community.
